Working with customers remotely.
Industrial parts make more sense when you’ve worked around the equipment.
Morgan’s background spans purchasing and equipment management, automation diagnostics, forklift operations, machining, and manufacturing. That experience helps turn a part number, a photograph, or an equipment problem into a focused research request.
Paradise Industrial Sourcing & Equipment Solutions brings that practical knowledge to businesses that need another purchasing resource, without hiring a full-time purchasing manager.
Before you send a request
Start with the equipment make, model, and serial number. Photos of the component, its markings, and the machine’s identification plate can help. Morgan will confirm whether there is enough information to begin research.
No. Some obsolete parts have no viable source. The service provides documented research and clear findings. The agreed research fee may still apply when no source is found, unless a written offer says otherwise.
The service is remote sourcing and research. Physical repair, installation, and mechanical inspections are outside the service. A qualified technician or OEM should verify a proposed replacement before purchase or installation.
You purchase directly from the supplier. Research fees are separate. Confirm availability, compatibility, shipping, returns, and warranty with the supplier before ordering.
Timing depends on the information available, the research scope, and supplier responses. Include your deadline with the request; Morgan will agree on a realistic target before work begins.
The $299 plan includes up to five standard sourcing requests per monthly period. Unused requests expire unless otherwise agreed. Difficult or advanced sourcing and equipment research need separate estimates. Additional research is $50/hour, with written approval and a one-hour minimum per separately authorized project.
Start with the details
A model number, a part number, or a clear photo is a good place to start. We’ll review your request and discuss the right service.
This form prepares an email request. You’ll send it from your email app and can attach photos, drawings, or manuals there. Submitting a request does not authorize paid research.
